Instructions
- 1
Mix the base
Combine the oats and yogurt in a bowl. For a softer consistency, stir in 1–2 tablespoons of milk or water — 60 g of oats to 200 g of yogurt sets quite firm otherwise.
- 2
Let the oats soften
Leave to stand for about 5 minutes so the oats soften. For meal prep you can also refrigerate the mixture overnight.
- 3
Add the berries
Wash the berries, halve any larger ones and scatter them over the yogurt and oat mixture.
- 4
Finish the bowl
Sprinkle with ground flaxseed and drizzle with the honey.
Tip
Left in the fridge overnight this becomes an overnight bowl — in the morning you only add the berries.
