Instructions
- 1
Mix the base
Thoroughly combine the oats, milk, cocoa and a pinch of salt in a lidded jar.
- 2
Stir again
Stir again after 5 minutes so the cocoa disperses and no dry oats remain at the bottom.
- 3
Chill overnight
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- 4
Add the banana
In the morning, check the consistency and stir in 1 tablespoon of milk if needed. Slice the banana and add it just before eating.
Tip
Slice the banana in the morning so it stays fresh-looking and does not soften.
