Smoothie Bowl with Berries and Oats
A thick berry smoothie bowl with banana, yogurt and oats. Made to be spoonable rather than drinkable.

- 150 g frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana (approx. 60 g)
- 100 g Greek yogurt (3.5%)
- 20 g rolled oats
- 1–2 tbsp water, as needed

Soften the berries
Let the frozen berries soften for 5 minutes. This makes them easier to blend without turning the bowl runny.

Blend until thick
Pulse the berries, frozen banana and yogurt, then blend until creamy. Add 1 tablespoon of water only if the blades cannot catch.

Check the texture
Spoon the thick mixture straight into a bowl. If it has become too soft, place it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Add the topping
Scatter over the oats and serve immediately before the bowl thaws.
Tip
A narrow blender cup works better for this small quantity than a very large jug blender.
